AffiliateWP - Affiliate Forms For Stellar Forms

Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms enables you to build a fully customized affiliate registration form using the flexibility of Gravity Forms. It integrates with AffiliateWP to manage signups and approvals.

• Custom fields: Use any Gravity Forms field type—text, dropdown, file upload—plus three dedicated AffiliateWP fields (email, username, password). Reorder fields via drag-and-drop and set required status.
• Minimal requirements: Only an email field is mandatory. If no username field is added, the username is automatically derived from the email. If no password field is added, a password is generated and emailed to the affiliate.
• Email tags: Enable the 'Create AffiliateWP email tag' checkbox to generate a new email tag containing form data, usable in AffiliateWP's notification emails.
• Submission review: When reviewing affiliate applications, all submitted form data is displayed. You can also view the original registration submission at any time from the affiliate's edit screen.
• Mailing list integration: Combine with Gravity Forms mailing list add-ons to automatically add new affiliates to your email list upon registration.
