Better Internal Link Search enhances the default internal link popup to make finding and linking content faster. It's designed for site owners and editors who need to link frequently and accurately.

• Title-Only Search – Limits results to posts and pages containing the search term in the title, reducing clutter on content-heavy sites.
• Taxonomy Inclusion – Includes term archives from any taxonomy (categories, tags, etc.) in search results, making it easy to link to archive pages.
• Automatic Search – Automatically searches for text selected in the editor when opening the link popup, saving a step.
• Custom Shortcuts – Create shortcuts for often-used URLs (e.g., type 'home' to link to the homepage). Additional shortcuts can be added with code.
• Search Modifiers – Search external sites like Wikipedia, GitHub, iTunes, or Spotify directly from the popup using simple syntax like -wikipedia term.
• Typeahead Search – Instantly filters posts, pages, and media on Manage Posts screens as you type, without needing to press Enter.
