Centralized Server: The core BMLT Server acts as a single source of truth for all meeting information. When a change is made—like a new time, location, or format—it is immediately propagated.

Website Integration (Crouton): A front-end application called Crouton allows you to embed a searchable, interactive meeting list directly into your existing website, ensuring visitors always see current data.

Printable Lists (Bread): The Bread application generates clean, formatted PDF documents of meeting schedules for physical distribution, pulling directly from the live server data.

Data Sharing Network: The system is built for collaboration. Meetings can be shared between neighboring service bodies, so updates from one area automatically appear in another region's listings, maintaining consistency across a wider network.

Proven Scale: This software is actively used to manage roughly half of the world's known NA meetings, demonstrating its reliability and capacity for large, distributed organizational structures.
