Builderius hooks starter theme

This starter theme for WP site development is built around a hook-based approach for rendering ACF flexible content blocks. It's designed for developers who want to create modular, maintainable themes by decoupling template logic from presentation.

• ACF integration: Requires Advanced Custom Fields to define the flexible content field with a slug name per block. The hook name follows the format uni_tmpl/{block_name}, making it easy to match templates to content.
