Custom Add User

This plugin is designed for multisite network administrators who want to simplify user addition. It replaces the default add user page with a single form that automatically handles whether the user is brand new or already exists in the network.

• Single form for all users: Site admins see one unified form instead of separate "Add New" and "Add Existing" forms, reducing confusion and errors.
• Skip activation emails: New users are added instantly without requiring them to click an activation link. This is ideal when authentication is handled externally (e.g., LDAP, Shibboleth).
• Automatic user detection: The plugin checks if the username or email already exists in the network and adds the user to the site accordingly. No more error messages about duplicate users.
• Customizable welcome email: The text of the welcome email sent to new users can be customized from the network settings screen.
• No expiration issues: Since invitations are skipped, users won't be locked out due to expired invitations, and site admins can add the same user to multiple sites without waiting.
