Dude Instagram feed

This WordPress plugin fetches the latest images from Instagram user feeds and caches them using transients for fast loading. It is designed for developers who need a simple, customizable way to display Instagram photos without a settings page. The plugin is archived and no longer actively maintained, but still functions with community fixes.

• Custom access tokens per user: Each Instagram user requires their own access token, set via the dude-insta-feed/access_token/user=$userid filter.
• Adjustable image count: Limit the number of photos displayed by modifying API parameters with the dude-insta-feed/user_images_parameters filter.
• Configurable cache lifetime: Change how often the feed refreshes using the dude-insta-feed/user_images_lifetime filter (default 10 minutes).
• Data manipulation before caching: Use the dude-insta-feed/user_images filter to edit or filter images before they are stored.
• Composer support: Install via composer require digitoimistodude/dude-insta-feed dev-master for easy integration.

Note: Instagram's tightened API may affect reliability. An alternative plugin bypassing the official API is recommended for new projects.
