Embed PDF for WPForms is a free, open-source add-on that adds a PDF Viewer field to WPForms. It lets you embed PDFs directly inside your forms so users can view documents without leaving the page.

Drag-and-drop PDF field: Simply add a PDF Viewer field to any WPForms form from the form builder.
Choose PDF source: Select a PDF from the Media Library or enter a local URL.
Set default zoom level: Control the initial zoom of the PDF displayed.
Supports multi-page PDFs: Users can navigate through pages.
Dynamic Population: Pre-fill the PDF field with dynamic data using WPForms' Dynamic Population feature.
