Give - Gift Aid

This add-on enables UK charities to accept Gift Aid declarations directly on their online donation forms, allowing them to reclaim an additional 25p for every £1 donated. It is designed for organizations using the GiveWP donation platform who want to automate the Gift Aid process and reduce manual paperwork.

Customizable declaration content: All text, from the initial explanation to the detailed "Tell me more" section, can be edited to match your charity's tone and requirements. Settings can be applied globally or overridden on a per-form basis.

Intelligent address and country detection: If a donor has already entered a billing address, the add-on asks if they want to reuse it rather than re-entering data. The Gift Aid fieldset is hidden for donors selecting a non-UK country, preventing unnecessary form fields.

Automated PDF declaration forms: After a donor opts in, a PDF of their declaration is generated and available for download on the receipt page. Admins can also bulk download all declaration forms for filing or record-keeping.

Bulk export to CSV: Gift Aid donation data can be exported in bulk to CSV files, simplifying tax reporting and HMRC submissions.

Full reporting built in: The add-on includes a dedicated reporting interface within the admin dashboard, giving you a clear view of all Gift Aid-eligible donations and their status.
