Instant Back/Forward: Speed up back/forward page loads for authenticated users

This plugin enables instant back/forward navigation in browsers by allowing pages served with "nocache" headers to be stored in the browser's back/forward cache (bfcache). It's designed for sites where logged-in users or e-commerce pages normally prevent fast history navigations.

Removes Cache-Control: no-store: Strips the no-store directive that WordPress sends with nocache_headers(), so browsers can cache authenticated pages in memory.
Preserves page state: Form inputs, scroll position, and JavaScript state are retained when users navigate back/forward, reducing data loss and re-fetching.
Privacy safeguards: A JavaScript session token check ensures cached pages are cleared if the user logs out or switches accounts. The feature only activates when JavaScript is enabled and "Remember Me" is checked.
Works across all browsers: Unlike speculative loading (prerender), bfcache is supported in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, with no extra network requests or CPU usage.
Compatible with existing caching: Adds private, no-cache, and must-revalidate directives to prevent proxy caching while allowing browser cache.
