MRW Simplified Editor

This plugin modifies the TinyMCE editor interface for content management systems, primarily for site administrators and content creators who prioritize clean, readable output. It replaces the default toolbar with a simplified, single-row version that removes distracting options and promotes proper semantic HTML.

• Simplified toolbar: Replaces the default multi-row TinyMCE toolbar with a single, focused row of essential buttons, reducing visual clutter and user confusion.
• Semantic formatting emphasis: Replaces the standard 'formatselect' dropdown with a 'styleselect' menu, encouraging the use of proper heading tags (H2-H4) and blockquotes instead of inline styling.
• Advanced feature access: Provides buttons for useful operations often buried in menus, including paste as plain text, remove styles, special characters, and distraction-free writing mode.
• Developer-friendly filters: Integrates early with standard TinyMCE filter hooks (mce_buttons, tiny_mce_before_init), making it straightforward for developers to override or extend its configuration.
• Custom style support: Includes a filter (mrw_mce_text_style) to allow developers to add custom CSS classes to the editor's styleselect dropdown for consistent site-wide formatting.
