Underscores, also known as _s, is a minimal starter theme designed for developers who want to build custom themes from scratch. Instead of serving as a parent theme, it provides a clean, hackable foundation that you can transform into any design. Its ultra-minimal CSS keeps the codebase lean, letting you focus on your own styles without fighting pre-existing rules.
