Newsletter - WP Users Addon

The WP Users and WP Users Pro addons connect your site's user registration with your newsletter, automatically importing and syncing WordPress users as subscribers. This is useful for site owners who want to grow their email list from user signups, whether through standard registration, custom forms, or membership and e-commerce plugins.

• Automatic subscription on registration: Choose between offering a checkbox (pre-checked or not) or forcing subscription for every new user. This integrates with the standard WordPress registration form and custom forms that fire the user_register event.
• Confirmation on first login: By default, new subscribers are set to "to be confirmed" and become confirmed on their first login, avoiding confirmation emails. You can enable confirmation or welcome emails if needed.
• Role-to-list mapping (Pro only): Map WordPress user roles to specific subscriber lists. When a user's role changes, their list assignments update automatically. Works with membership plugins and multisite installations.
• Import and alignment: Run a one-shot import to sync existing users as subscribers. WP Users Pro uses background jobs to handle large user bases without timeouts. The alignment matches users by stored relation or email, creating linked subscribers when no match is found.
• Data update on send: Before sending a newsletter, subscriber fields (email, first name, last name) are updated from the linked WordPress user data, ensuring accurate personalization without manual alignment.
