Organisations

VSETH is the umbrella organization for students at ETH Zurich. It represents student interests in university committees and organizes large-scale campus events. The association also supports student groups, commissions, and organizations by providing infrastructure and promotional channels.

• Political representation: VSETH advocates for student concerns in ETH committees, drafts position papers on regulations, and works on initiatives such as improving student mental health.
• Major events: It organizes the Erstsemestrigenfest for 5,000 new students, runs the Summerbar and Nik's Hütte, and hosts Conquering to explore Zurich from a different perspective.
• Support for student groups: VSETH helps student associations with organization, infrastructure, and advertising, making their services and activities accessible to the student body.
• Regular activities: The association maintains a calendar of recurring events including open dancing, pub nights, concerts, and sports tournaments across ETH campuses.
• Accessible office: Students can visit the VSETH office at CAB E 23 or contact them via email for support and information.
