Page Keys

This plugin provides a stable way to reference specific pages from within your theme's template files by assigning them unique, user-defined keys. It is designed for developers and site builders who need to ensure their theme code continues to work correctly even when page titles, slugs, or IDs are altered or pages are accidentally deleted and recreated.

• Stable Page References: Create a permanent key for a page. Once assigned, your theme code can retrieve the correct page object using this key, regardless of changes to the page's title, slug, or ID.
• Simple Administration: Manage all your page keys from a dedicated settings page. You can add new keys, assign or reassign pages to them, and delete keys as needed.
• Developer Function: Access a page in your PHP template files by calling the provided get_page_by_key( $key ) function, which returns the corresponding page object.
