Approval Workflow: Administrators can set specific membership levels to require approval. New signups are placed in a pending state until manually reviewed and approved or denied from a central dashboard.

Two-Step Application Process: Configure a system where users first join an application level, pay a fee, and are then reviewed. Upon approval, they can complete checkout for the full membership with its recurring payments.

Role-Based Management: Assign the ability to review applications to administrators, membership managers, or a custom approver role, distributing the workload as needed.

Automated Notifications: Both applicants and administrators receive email alerts at key stages—when an application is submitted, approved, or denied. These templates are customizable.

Access Control: Pending or denied members are automatically blocked from accessing members-only content. Access is only granted after official approval.
