Admin Tools: Site administrators can send messages to multiple users or entire user roles in a single action. The system also includes features for creating and scheduling site-wide announcements or notices.

Shortcodes: Various shortcodes allow embedding the messaging interface, live chat box, contact buttons for specific authors or users, and displaying unread message counts anywhere on the site.
