Roam Block

This plugin connects your Roam Research knowledge base to your site's block editor, allowing you to publish notes directly. It is designed for writers and creators who use Roam for drafting and connecting ideas but want to publish polished content on their own site without manual copying.

• Embed and Sync Roam Blocks: Search your entire Roam graph and embed specific blocks into your posts. Once embedded, these blocks maintain a connection to the source. When you upload a new JSON export of your Roam graph, all embedded blocks on your site update automatically, ideal for maintaining evergreen content or a public mind garden.
• Automatic Link Resolution: You can paste a direct Roam Research block URL into the editor, and it will automatically convert into a live embed of that block, simplifying the workflow.
• Content Preservation: If a source block is later deleted from your Roam graph, the plugin uses a cached copy from the time of writing to prevent empty spaces from appearing in your published posts.
• Open Source Development: The plugin's code is publicly available, allowing for community review, bug fixes, and contributions. Advanced users can set up automated graph updates using a separate command-line tool.
