This plugin is a talent management system designed for youth football academies and clubs. It provides coaches and development staff with tools to track player progress, conduct evaluations, manage team activities, and oversee long-term development plans. The system is built with a frontend-first approach, offering role-specific dashboards for head coaches, academy administrators, scouts, players, and parents.

• Activity-First Evaluations: Create evaluations linked directly to training sessions or matches, with support for batch rating multiple players at once and automatic attendance recording.
• Configurable Persona Dashboards: Each user role (e.g., Head of Development, Coach, Player) sees a tailored dashboard with relevant widgets, KPIs, and quick-action tiles that can be customized by club administrators.
• Player Development Tracking: Monitor a player's journey through a chronological timeline that aggregates evaluations, goals, PDP (Personal Development Plan) verdicts, injuries, and other milestones, all with configurable visibility rules.
• Team & Staff Management: Manage team rosters, assign staff with functional roles (head coach, assistant, physio), and track staff development including certifications and goals.
• Design System & Customization: Clubs can customize the visual appearance through a dedicated styling surface with a visual editor for colors, typography, and spacing, ensuring a consistent look independent of the active WordPress theme.
