Upgrade! International is a collaborative network for artists, curators, and cultural organizations engaged with digital and networked art practices. It serves as a platform for producing international festivals, exhibitions, and discussions that explore the intersection of art, technology, and geography, with a particular focus on the global south.

• Networked Festival Production: Organizes and participates in city-wide digital art festivals, such as events in Skopje, Macedonia, featuring exhibitions, screenings, performances, and workshops.
• Global South Focus: Curates selections and projects that specifically highlight Internet-based creative practices and artists from regions including South Africa, South America, and Asia.
• International Node Collaboration: Operates through a decentralized structure of local nodes in cities worldwide (e.g., Boston, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Seoul), enabling distributed curation and event organization.
• Cross-Cultural Dialogue: Aims to be a catalyst for dialog and new cultural understanding by exhibiting works and hosting presentations from artists across more than 20 global cities.
