GP Inventory is an add-on that manages availability for options within choice-based form fields. It is designed for site builders who need to control selections for items like event tickets, product variants, or appointment slots.

Simple Inventory: Apply a maximum selection count to any option in dropdowns, checkboxes, or radio buttons. Exhausted options can be hidden or disabled. Advanced Shared Resources: Create a common inventory pool that is shared across multiple choice fields, even on different forms, for coordinated limit tracking. Scoped Limits: Restrict selections based on parameters like a specific date, enabling use cases such as daily limits or event-day capacities. Quantity Awareness: For product fields, the limit accounts for quantities ordered, so selecting a quantity of 3 consumes three from the available pool. User Communication: Display messages showing remaining availability or automatically hide the entire form when all limits are reached.
