This plugin modifies the user addition process for multisite installations, providing a unified interface for site administrators. It is designed for administrators who manage users across multiple sites and need to avoid the confusion and delays of the standard invitation system.

• Unified User Form: Combines the separate 'Add New User' and 'Add Existing User' forms into a single interface. Administrators no longer need to guess which form to use, as the plugin determines the correct action in the background.
• Bypasses Account Activation: For environments using external authentication systems like LDAP, the plugin can skip the invitation and account activation email step. Users are added to a site immediately, and a customizable welcome email can be sent instead.
• Prevents Username Conflicts: Automatically checks if a submitted username or email already exists in the network. If the user exists, they are added to the new site; if not, a new user account is created. This eliminates errors and confusion for site admins.
• Customizable Instructions: Allows network administrators to add custom text and instructions to the user addition form, providing specific guidance for their installation's user management policies.
