Toxicity Detection: Uses the Google Perspective API to automatically analyze the sentiment and potential harm in comment text written in English, French, or Spanish.
Author Intervention: Presents a non-blocking warning to the comment author, giving them a direct opportunity to rephrase their message before it is submitted to the site.
Privacy Control: Offers an optional setting to request that comment data not be stored by the API provider for future research purposes.
