This plugin adds a custom field type for Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) that allows you to configure and store settings for the Animate.css library. It is designed for developers building custom themes who want to give content editors an interface to apply and fine-tune CSS animations on page elements without writing code.

• Animate.css Parameter Field: Creates a dedicated field group where users can select an animation effect, set its speed, and define a start delay.
• Editor-Friendly Controls: Provides a simple interface within the standard content editor for non-technical users to manage complex animation properties.
• Flexible Output: Stores the selected effect name, speed (like 'slow', 'slower'), and delay value, which can be easily output in your theme templates to apply the corresponding CSS classes.
• Plugin Agnostic: The field itself does not load the Animate.css library; you maintain control over how and when to enqueue the necessary CSS and JavaScript files on your site.
