ACF RRule Field

This plugin adds a specialized field type for managing recurring event schedules within custom fields. It is designed for developers building event calendars, booking systems, or any application requiring repeatable dates on a CMS platform.

RRule String Generation: Creates a standard RRule string from user inputs, ensuring compatibility with other date-handling libraries. Complete Date Collection: Returns an array of all calculated DateTime objects for the defined rule, ready for immediate use in templates. Meta Data Storage: Includes helper attributes like first and last occurrence dates, which can be saved as post meta for efficient database querying. Flexible Scheduling: Supports daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly frequencies with configurable intervals, specific days, and end conditions (by date or count). Integration Example: Provides documented code examples for common use cases, such as building an agenda by querying events within a date range and grouping them by day.
