GP Auto List Field

This add-on connects a List field to a Number or Quantity field, automatically adjusting the number of rows in the list to match the numerical value entered. It is designed for form builders who need to create dynamic forms where the amount of repeatable information, like items or attendees, depends on a user-specified quantity.

• Sync List Rows to a Field Value: The add-on adds or removes rows in a List field in real-time based on the value entered into a connected Number, Quantity, Single Product, or Calculated Product field.
• Count List Field Rows: It can also perform the reverse operation, counting the existing rows in a List field and outputting that total into a separate Number or Calculation field using a special merge tag.
• Improves Form Accuracy: By automating the row count, it helps ensure the submitted data matches the user's intended quantity, reducing manual entry errors.
• Supports Complex Calculations: The row count can be integrated into form calculations, allowing for dynamic pricing or totals based on the number of list entries.
