GravityActions

GravityActions lets you update multiple Gravity Forms entries at once and send bulk emails to respondents, all without writing any code. It is designed for site administrators who manage high volumes of form submissions and need to make repetitive changes quickly.

Bulk edit field values: Change text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more across hundreds of entries in a single action. Supports most Gravity Forms field types including address, email, phone, paragraph, and select fields.

Update entry meta: Modify the creation date, last updated date, entry status (trash, spam, read, unread), and other metadata from the same bulk interface.

Send bulk emails: Select a group of entries and send a customized email to each respondent directly from the Entries screen. No need to export data or use a separate mailing tool.

Data integrity: Changes are validated before they are applied to prevent errors. A confirmation step shows the number of entries affected before committing.

No custom code required: All operations are performed through the standard Gravity Forms Entries screen. No SQL queries or custom scripts needed. Works out of the box with any Gravity Forms form.
