Stellar Forms Pages

This plugin automatically generates unique URLs for each Gravity Forms form, turning them into individual pages. It eliminates the need to create pages manually and paste shortcodes. Site owners with multiple forms will benefit from the automatic form archive that lists all available forms, making it easy for visitors to browse and select a form. The plugin respects each form's settings, including inactive status, required user login, and time schedule restrictions, ensuring only eligible forms are displayed.

• Automatic page generation: Each form gets its own URL, displaying the form as a standalone page without shortcodes. No manual page creation required.
• Form archive listing: A dedicated archive page lists all forms, allowing visitors to browse and select a form. The archive can be disabled in settings if not needed.
• Global and per-form settings: Control which forms become pages globally or individually. Form-based settings allow overriding the global default.
• Respects form restrictions: Inactive forms, login requirements, and scheduling limits are enforced before displaying a form. Only forms accessible to the current user are shown.
• Theme compatibility: The plugin uses your theme’s existing templates (single.php, page.php) to display the form archive and single form pages. Developers can override templates by placing custom files in the theme's gravityforms folder.
• Developer hooks: The gf_pages_hide_form filter allows programmatically hiding specific forms from being displayed as pages.
