WP Plugin Dictator

This plugin provides centralized control over plugin activation states for a content management system, using declarative configuration files. It is designed for developers and teams managing multiple environments (like development, staging, and production) who need to ensure consistency and prevent configuration drift.

• JSON Configuration: Define which plugins should be activated or deactivated using simple JSON files placed in standard directories like /wp-content or themes. The plugin automatically discovers and merges these configs.
• Forced Enforcement: Optionally force the activation or deactivation of specific plugins. This removes the ability to change their state from the admin area or command line, guaranteeing the configured environment.
• Custom Plugin Paths: Activate plugins stored outside the standard plugins directory by specifying a custom filesystem path and load priority within the configuration.
• Dynamic Control: Use PHP hooks and filters to programmatically modify the plugin configuration based on conditions, such as the current environment or other defined constants.
