This is a child theme built for the Caribbean Investigative Journalism Network (INN). The theme modifies the core parent theme's navigation and layout to better suit the needs of a multi-site news network.

Custom Navigation System: Replaces the standard global navigation with a new main navigation partial. It includes custom JavaScript to handle overflow menu items by collapsing them behind a 'Menu' button, improving usability on smaller screens.
Layout Modifications: Disables specific parent theme features like the sticky navigation partial and related JavaScript, offering a tailored page structure for news content.
Regional Design Focus: The styling and components are specifically configured for the visual identity and content presentation needs of Caribbean-based investigative news outlets.
Development Workflow: Includes standard development files like a Gruntfile.js and package.json for building and managing CSS/LESS, facilitating customization and maintenance by developers.
