How do I get started?

Is there a free plan?
Yes! The free plan includes:
- 5 downloads per month
- Basic product access
- Manual updates
Upgrade to Pro for unlimited downloads and auto-updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and in some regions, local payment methods through Stripe.
Products
How many products are available?
Our library contains 5,000+ premium themes and plugins, with new additions daily.
Are the products genuine?
Every product is a community-maintained fork of the original GPL-licensed source. The code is functionally identical—only branding is changed.
How often are products updated?
Products are updated within 24-72 hours of original releases. Security updates are prioritized.
Can I request a product?
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Request Product and submit your request. Popular requests are prioritized.
Auto-Updates
How do auto-updates work?
Our connector plugin checks for updates daily (configurable) and applies them automatically. You can also trigger manual updates anytime.
Can I disable auto-updates for specific products?
Yes. Override global settings on a per-product basis from GrootMade → Installed Products.
What if an update breaks my site?
Use the rollback feature to restore the previous version. Updates include automatic restore points.
Licensing & Legal
Is this legal?
Yes. All products are GPL-licensed, which explicitly permits redistribution. Learn more about GPL.
Can I use these on client sites?
Yes. GPL allows use on unlimited sites for any purpose, including commercial client work.
Why are products renamed?
We respect trademarks. While GPL grants rights to code, trademarks are separate. Renaming avoids trademark infringement while preserving functionality.
Support
Do you provide support for products?
We provide community support through forums and documentation. For product-specific issues, our community often helps, but we can't provide official support for third-party products.
How do I report a bug?
Report issues through Dashboard → Report Issue or the community forums. If it's a security issue, use our responsible disclosure process.
What if I have billing questions?

Account
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I cancel?
Installed products continue working. You lose access to:
- New downloads
- Auto-updates
- Dashboard features
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. See refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect any domain or subdomain to your white-label platform.

What are the server requirements?

Does the plugin slow down my site?
No. The connector plugin is lightweight and only communicates with our servers for updates. It adds no frontend overhead.
Is there an API?
Yes. API access is available on Pro plan and above. See API documentation.
Security
Are products security-scanned?
Yes. Every upload is scanned for malware and known vulnerabilities before entering our library.
How do you handle security issues?
Security updates are flagged and pushed immediately. Critical issues trigger instant notifications.
Is my data secure?
